  Dr Burgess has been wonderful but I have had temporary crowns on since the first of September because I am not able to come to the office until two in the afternoon because I have to work and the ladies in the office tell me I can not get a appointment until mid November! And I promise you that this is very uncomfortable because they are not shaped anyway near the way they should be! I lost one and Amanda was kind enough to come in on a Saturday morning to help me. But Amanda is the only person in this office that has been considered anyone ones feeling or has returned a phone call!
